Each department is dedicated to specific machining processes, from turning and milling to materials management and final quality control, ensuring that every component meets the highest standards.

Thanks to state-of-the-art machinery and a highly qualified team, our departments work in synergy to offer bespoke solutions and fast lead times, without ever compromising on product reliability. This structure enables us to tackle complex projects, responding flexibly to customer requirements whilst maintaining a constant focus on precision and technological innovation.

Cut

The cutting department represents the first and crucial stage of our production process, where precision, efficiency and attention to detail come together to ensure meticulous workmanship and high-quality results.

Tangential grinding

We produce finishes of the highest precision, thanks to our grinding machines, which enable us to achieve exceptionally smooth and refined surfaces, with excellent aesthetic and quality results.

Programming

Programming is at the heart of our production process, enabling us to optimise every stage of the process in terms of precision, timing and efficiency.

Turning

With a state-of-the-art machine park and extensive experience in the sector, we carry out turning operations on a wide variety of materials, including steels, metal alloys, aluminium and engineering plastics.

Milling

We use state-of-the-art machinery that enables us to mill mechanical components with high precision, in a variety of materials and up to a maximum length of 3600 mm per piece.

Welding

Welding is a key stage in our production process, where technical expertise, precision and quality control come together to ensure strong, reliable and durable joints.

High quality control

Thanks to our certified measuring instruments, we ensure full compliance with the quality and precision standards required by the customer.

In recent years, our company has embarked on a significant journey of growth and development, aimed at improving the quality of the services we offer and responding ever more efficiently to our customers’ needs. This expansion has taken the form of the acquisition and organisation of two separate production facilities, each designed to optimise specific manufacturing processes.

Today, the company operates from two facilities, each housing a department dedicated primarily to precision machining. This division of space allows us to increase production capacity, reduce processing times and ensure high quality standards at every stage of the process.

This structure, comprising two distinct divisions, represents a significant added value for us: not only does it improve the internal management of our workflows, but it also enables us to be more flexible and competitive in the market. The company’s expansion is therefore the result of a constant commitment to innovation, quality and customer satisfaction.
